Wie we zijn
BuildKit wordt aangeboden door Gladi & BuildKit, ingeschreven bij de KVK onder nummer 83610839 (btw-nummer NL003848373B21).
Akkoord
Door BuildKit te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Gebruik je de app namens een kind, dan bevestig je als
ouder/voogd dat je hiermee akkoord gaat.
Gebruik door kinderen
BuildKit is bedoeld voor gebruik door kinderen, onder toezicht van een ouder of voogd. Aankopen (zie hieronder) zijn
altijd beveiligd met een korte controle bedoeld voor een volwassene.
Pro-abonnement
Een Pro-abonnement ontgrendelt alle bouwwerkjes, voor een maandelijks of jaarlijks bedrag
zoals getoond op de Pro-pagina op het moment van aankoop. Het abonnement verlengt automatisch tegen dezelfde prijs
totdat je opzegt.
Betaling wordt afgeschreven via je Apple- of Google-account. Automatische verlenging kan worden uitgezet via de
accountinstellingen van de App Store of Google Play, minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de lopende periode.
Terugbetalingen verlopen via het beleid van Apple of Google, niet via ons.
Inhoud
De bouwwerk-ontwerpen, namen en afbeeldingen in de app zijn eigendom van Gladi & BuildKit en mogen niet zonder
toestemming elders gebruikt worden.
Geen garantie
We doen ons best om BuildKit foutloos en beschikbaar te houden, maar kunnen dit niet garanderen. Gebruik is op eigen
risico, binnen de grenzen van wat wettelijk is toegestaan.
Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. Belangrijke wijzigingen melden we in de app.
Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

These terms apply to using BuildKit, offered by Gladi & BuildKit (KVK 83610839, VAT NL003848373B21).
Agreement
By using BuildKit you agree to these terms. If you use the app on behalf of a child, you confirm as parent/guardian that
you agree to them.
Use by children
BuildKit is intended for use by children, under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Purchases (see below) are
always protected by a short check meant for an adult.
Pro subscription
A Pro subscription unlocks every build, for a monthly or yearly price as shown on the Pro page at the
time of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Payment is charged through your Apple or Google account. Automatic renewal can be turned off through the App Store or
Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's
policy, not ours.
Content
The build designs, names and images in the app are owned by Gladi & BuildKit and may not be used elsewhere without
permission.
No warranty
We do our best to keep BuildKit error-free and available, but cannot guarantee it. Use is at your own risk, within the
limits of what's legally permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll announce important changes inside the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Estas condiciones se aplican al uso de BuildKit, ofrecido por Gladi & BuildKit (KVK 83610839, NIF/IVA

Aceptación
Al usar BuildKit, aceptas estas condiciones. Si usas la aplicación en nombre de un niño, confirmas como padre/tutor
que aceptas estas condiciones.
Uso por parte de niños
BuildKit está destinado a ser usado por niños, bajo la supervisión de un padre o tutor. Las compras (ver más abajo)
siempre están protegidas por una breve verificación pensada para un adulto.
Suscripción Pro
Una suscripción Pro desbloquea todas las construcciones, por un importe mensual o anual según se muestre en la
página Pro en el momento de la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al mismo precio hasta que la
canceles.
El pago se realiza a través de tu cuenta de Apple o Google. La renovación automática se puede desactivar desde los
ajustes de la cuenta de App Store o Google Play, al menos 24 horas antes de que finalice el periodo en curso. Los
reembolsos se rigen por la política de Apple o Google, no por la nuestra.
Contenido
Los diseños de las construcciones, nombres e imágenes de la aplicación son propiedad de Gladi & BuildKit y no
pueden usarse en otro lugar sin autorización.
Sin garantía
Hacemos todo lo posible para mantener BuildKit libre de errores y disponible, pero no podemos garantizarlo. El uso
corre por tu cuenta y riesgo, dentro de los límites de lo permitido por la ley.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones. Anunciaremos los cambios importantes dentro de la aplicación.
Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación neerlandesa.

Utilizzando BuildKit accetti questi termini. Se utilizzi l'app per conto di un bambino, confermi in qualità di
genitore/tutore di accettarli.
Utilizzo da parte dei bambini
BuildKit è pensato per essere utilizzato dai bambini, sotto la supervisione di un genitore o tutore. Gli acquisti
(vedi sotto) sono sempre protetti da un breve controllo pensato per un adulto.
Abbonamento Pro
Un abbonamento Pro sblocca tutte le costruzioni, per un importo mensile o annuale come mostrato nella pagina Pro al
momento dell'acquisto. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente allo stesso prezzo fino alla disdetta.
Il pagamento viene addebitato tramite il tuo account Apple o Google. Il rinnovo automatico può essere disattivato
dalle impostazioni dell'account App Store o Google Play, almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso. I
rimborsi seguono la politica di Apple o Google, non la nostra.
Contenuti
I design delle costruzioni, i nomi e le immagini nell'app sono di proprietà di Gladi & BuildKit e non possono
essere utilizzati altrove senza autorizzazione.
Nessuna garanzia
Facciamo del nostro meglio per mantenere BuildKit privo di errori e disponibile, ma non possiamo garantirlo. L'uso è
a tuo rischio, nei limiti di quanto legalmente consentito.
Modifiche
Potremmo aggiornare questi termini. Comunicheremo le modifiche importanti all'interno dell'app.
Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge olandese.

Un abonnement Pro débloque toutes les constructions, pour un montant mensuel ou annuel tel qu'affiché sur la page Pro
au moment de l'achat. L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement au même prix jusqu'à résiliation.
Le paiement est prélevé via ton compte Apple ou Google. Le renouvellement automatique peut être désactivé depuis les
réglages du compte App Store ou Google Play, au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Les
remboursements suivent la politique d'Apple ou de Google, pas la nôtre.
Contenu
Les designs des constructions, les noms et les images dans l'application appartiennent à Gladi & BuildKit et ne
peuvent pas être utilisés ailleurs sans autorisation.
Aucune garantie
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour maintenir BuildKit sans erreur et disponible, mais nous ne pouvons pas le garantir.
L'utilisation se fait à tes propres risques, dans les limites de ce qui est légalement autorisé.
Modifications
Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions. Nous annoncerons les changements importants dans l'application.
Droit applicable

استخدام الأطفال
صُمم BuildKit للاستخدام من قبل الأطفال، تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي. تكون عمليات الشراء (انظر أدناه) دائمًا
محمية بتحقق قصير مخصص للبالغين.
اشتراك Pro
يفتح اشتراك Pro جميع النماذج، مقابل مبلغ شهري أو سنوي كما هو موضح في صفحة Pro وقت الشراء. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا
بنفس السعر حتى تقوم بإلغائه.
يتم خصم الدفع عبر حساب Apple أو Google الخاص بك. يمكن إيقاف التجديد التلقائي من إعدادات الحساب في App Store أو
Google Play، قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية. تخضع عمليات استرداد الأموال لسياسة Apple أو Google،
وليس لسياستنا.
المحتوى
تصاميم النماذج وأسماؤها وصورها داخل التطبيق مملوكة لـ Gladi & BuildKit ولا يجوز استخدامها في أي مكان آخر دون
إذن.
بدون ضمان
نبذل قصارى جهدنا للحفاظ على BuildKit خاليًا من الأخطاء ومتاحًا، لكن لا يمكننا ضمان ذلك. الاستخدام على مسؤوليتك
الخاصة، ضمن الحدود المسموح بها قانونًا.
التغييرات
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط. سنُعلن عن أي تغييرات مهمة داخل التطبيق.
القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون الهولندي.
